Viking Sewing Gallery

Brittany and Barbara are very patient to answer all my questions about my new sewing machine. I look forward to learning all the things it can do. I'm glad there is a sewing center near me and the ladies are so helpful.

I called Viking sewing gallery on Morse Rd. On December 11,2020 as my sewing machine was breaking threads all the time. Could not leave machine at all when I was embroidering. Richard answered the phone and was so helpful to help me solve the problem. He told me to use the vertical thread holder and use the felt disk under the thread and hopefully that would help me solve the problem. I tried it when I got off phone and only had 2 thread breaks in 2 1/2 hours of embroidery. I had called there another day and got their manager and all she could say was bring it in and I will check it. I was not going to a purple county for that. Thank you so much Richard for your help.

Had a great time there got me a new sewing machine a Epic 95q merry Christmas to me . Jim is just the best get your viking at this sewing gallery.

Steve came to our home the same day we called and repaired our machine. Replaced the bad parts made the adjustments and it works like new. Certainly an experienced and capable repairman. 5 Stars!
