Bought my first bike since in over 20yrs the other night from walmart, big mistake, it was broke after the first ride. So I did some reading and decided I was going to really invest in something worth the money. Had settled on a mountain bike thinking a bike is a bike is a bike. The sales guy who helped me explained the difference, but me thinking it was no big deal was set on the mountain bike. Took it for a test ride and was dead when I got back. I told him to let me try the one he recommended and it was perfect. I hadn't done a lot of research on the hybrid/comfort type bikes so I got home with it and started reading that I should have got the slightly upgraded model instead for not much more money. Went back today, told them I wanted to exchange it for the sport model expecting to have to do some convincing, but they made it a breeze. Would definitely return if I ever need another bike.

I brought my road bike to this shop to be serviced last week. I typically ride 60-80 miles a week, and hadn’t had my bike tuned up in some time. If I had realized how incredible riding my bike would feel after bringing it here, I would’ve done it a long time ago! BikeSource made my bike feel like a brand new machine.
