I didn’t have the paperwork that I needed and she walked me through all the steps and helped me look through my emails to get what I needed. I wish I could remember her name, but she went above and beyond for me.
(June 26, 2023, 11:42 am)The staff were great especially when I had incident that happened at my security job several weeks ago requiring myself to get drug tested Concentra didn't hesitate to accept me as well work with me very well. I would definitely be back if I have to at God's appointed time.
(March 6, 2023, 5:38 pm)The people at the front desk were absolutely amazing and nice. The only reason I took a point away is because I signed in and somehow I was looked over and so I was sitting about 35 min before the front desk noticed but once they did she was really friendly. She gave my son a snack and was really sweet. I also took off because I was coming in for a drug test and the woman who did the test was polite but kind of cold. Not friendly at all no smile or anything but being there didn’t take long and I would go back
