He said a patch may not hold and was not comfortable trying to patch the tire; he recommended replacing the tire, which I agreed with. I appreciate his honesty, kindness, and professionalism. I called the store after noticing a bolt - not a regular nail - in my tire. 1. I was given an accurate/realistic time frame for drop-off and pick-up. 2. Upon arrival, I was taken care of and told what to expect - to include their policy on patching versus replacing. (Usually, places are ALWAYS ready to tell you a tire HAS to be replaced - no matter what.) 3. Sonny reached out about 2 hours later (as promised), told me I could pick up my car AND - as he said - they were able to patch the tire because of the location of the bolt. I will be back when it is time!
