My one disappointment was that the phone case they sold me marked up the back of the handset. I got it off with some Dawn and q-tips then ordered a quality case on Amazon.

I went in to upgrade my phone on a sunday thinking they were closed , the young lady I believe her name was Alexandra was so nice enough to bundle in all phones and I actually got both lines upgraded for me and my husband . She was so respectful to us and handled all of our needs , even included cases for us sweet young lady. I insisted me and my husband do her a nice survey hoping it gets to her boss , great employee !
