“Rated 9.5 Couldn't get the truck we wanted to pull our camper. Two day's later........... WE GOT THE TRUCK ???????????? They worked on it untill THEY made it happen!!! I still can't believe we got it. They found a credit union that would finance us ( Columbus Metro ) in Whitehall. All the guys at the lot worked SO HARD to make it happen. If and when we might need another vehicle, this is where we will definitely go. If ANYONE needs a vehicle this is definitely the place we would recommend. Nobody, and I mean nobody, has ever worked so hard for us. Thank you ALL so very much!!!! You guy's rock ????☺”

“Staff is wonderful. Went to try the vegan menu and check out the books. I guess I should specify that I am not vegan but was curious about what an all vegan menu might look and taste like. Needless to say, after one meal I am a big fan. Got the tortuga. Would recommend. Loved the house made hot sauce. Not a fan of the ketchup, too watery. Meal was great though. And the book collection was refreshing. Will be back for Friday date night that I saw on the board. $32 for 2 drinks and 2 books. Deal.”

“The guys here today were beyond great! I know quite a bit about cars & whatnot but these guys are so helpful if/when I have a question. Today's visit was for new headlights, Rain X, & a set of eyeball mirrors for our F150. The process aren't too high here. There selection of items is good in my opinion. The older gentleman (Chuck) has always come from around the counter & helped me when I've needed it. He's not the type of person to just point & tell you where something is located in the store, he actually walks me to the correct location. I truly appreciate that about him since I usually ask questions lol. Overall I would highly recommend this store to other shoppers. I know there are several other auto parts places in the same general area but these guys are on the top of my list & the first place I go when I'm in Columbus & need something. A++”

“Been looking for a particular model of jeep. Couldn't find one until I went down high street while running errands. Brad had two of them. One was priced at a little higher than the other I purchased. I chose the cheaper one. Brad was even helpful by allowing me to take the car to be looked over by a mechanic. I was expecting to find a lot wrong with it given its age and type of vehicle it was. The mechanic came back with a list of this that was just minor things like oil and fluids that's all. He was fair and upfront on his vehicles. Usually keeps things in stock that people love to drive. I would recommend that if you need a good vehicle come here and get one”

“I went once to pick up some chains, but honestly they had old school customer service so I wanted to give them a positive review. I got over 100 lb in chains and they cut the chains for me on the spot and then wheeled the chains to me car and put them in for me. I can't recall the last time someone offered something like that, let alone to go ahead and do it. Call or stop in, the email on their website doesn't work.”
