The few times I have been there, there has been a wait because, well, there were people there ahead of me. Everyone takes a number and when it is your time you get to talk with them. They were nice and professional.

First of all, to Google: The three featured reviews are all MALICIOUS LIES. If you won't expunge them, at least show balance in what you feature, please. This brilliantly designed, flawlessly constructed and impeccably maintained Office and its fine, polite, caring, knowledgeable, pro-active and EFFICIENT Officers are, altogether, by far the BEST that I"ve ever encountered in the Social Security Administration of the United States.
I say "altogether" only because I feel honor-bound to commend two other individual SSA Officers, a certain gentleman in the central Columbus office and a certain lady in "that office up north", who helped me greatly when I first returned from years of working overseas, and again more recently. TODAY, at THIS office, the officer who served me was entirely correct and precise in explaining present realities of my case, yet then took initiative and went on "above and beyond the call of duty" to communicate with another SSA Office involved, in a very encouraging way. I with-hold details HERE to protect both my privacy and theirs, yet may share my experience more openly to persons of good will, VERACITY, and "need to know" ONLY.
