5 Stars to Frank! I just drove away without pumping my gas. I was almost 30mins away when I realized. So just for the sake of trying I called, and Frank knew exactly who I was!!. He had been "bouncing it around, hoping I would come back." Can you believe that!? The attention to detail and customer service is beyond! Im not sure that anyone else would have even noticed because it seems the standard is low anymore and everyone is always on their phones during customer transactions. ( Not specific to this location -just in general!) Frank that really really made my day. I hope you know that such a small gesture went a really long way. 🥰 Thank you for being a kind and decent human being!!!! ( I was 100% refunded by the way!!)

Just a regular Kroger gas station. Nothing special to this one. It's not an actual store though, which sometimes I wish it was.
