I called 101 Mobility a number of times over the last few months while I was researching ramp rentals and for purchase for my recently handicapped brother. Heidi was always very professional, responded in a timely way, and also was very knowledgeable about the whole process. Anthony is the one who came out for the free consultation and also to install our ramp, and he was also great to work with. He was professional, friendly, knowledgable and timely. The ramp we purchased is much more stable and sturdy than the one we were renting from another company, and I feel much better about having a dependable and safe ramp for my brother to use while he is recovering from his accident.Thank you very much 101 Mobility, I would definitely recommend you to anyone who is looking for mobility products!
