Pure H2O dba RainSoft

The install of our whole home Pure H2O system went very well and did not take too much time. Have not had the systems that were installed in my home for more than 4 days, but the job Matt did appears to work now within the first week of install. Matt spent as much time as I needed to show me how to maintain the systems and answered my questions thoroughly.

Friendly and fast! Did not have a problem installing in the location I wanted in the basement. Very clear in how the system works and walked us through everything after install.

Matt was very conscientious, professional and thorough. His installs are clean and efficient. Nice job!

On time and extremely professional, they explained what they was doing before installing and where everything was going as well as the routes through the house they was taking. They was very respectful of our home and kept everything clean. They was clean and very friendly. After install, they explained everything again and even gave us some heads ups on other issues to keep an eye on in our home. A absolutely great contractor.

Matt and his assistant did a awesome job. They were very nice and clean work. I work for a nursing home chain and over see construction work up 29 million dollar buildings I am very hard to please especially in my own home. They pleased me with everything they did. Thank for the good work.
