“Had a great experience touring these homes. The assistant property manager Jelynn was great and was open and honest with all the questions we had. The previous reviews are less than favorable but my boyfriend and I decided to give them a chance and tour because they were under new management. They are making tremendous strides trying to turn the place around from previous management. So much so they were high on our list of places to live. BUT we did not move here ( we chose a place closer to our jobs) so in fairness I won't leave a 5 star. I do think it is worth giving them a try though if you are on the fence! I think you will be pleasantly surprised :)”

“This is a great little strip plaza that's been here in Clintonville for years. The collection of shops is eclectic but interesting. You've got Weiland's Market, established 1961; Planet Fitness; Volunteers of America Thrift Store; Moody Street Trains; and Dante's Pizza. The only caveat to the Center is that parking is smaller than it used to be but you can usually find a spot.”

“Very awesome guy up front. Secretary I guess. But he was amazing and helped me out with everything. I would have never known I had overpaid when I first got my place, if he didn't tell me. That's good people right there. I appreciate you very Very much! But this is an amazing rental company. Very beautiful places. Mine and my neighbors. Minus a couple little big things. But it's perfect! Awesome neighborhood and awesome neighbors and very Very quiet. Yet close to everything one would need to live/ or just get by. Y'all are all amazing and appreciate all ya do. The maintenance guys are awesome. The owners are awesome from what I've heard. Have yet to meet em. Also the bug prevention guy is awesome too. Chris is his name. He does great work. Down to spiders and even the big carpenter ants. He treated my place back in the spring for my eight legged friends to stay out. This is an amazing group of people here at this rental company. If you are looking for a place. I definitely recommend resco reality and rentals. Def worth the cost. Keep it up y'all! You are amazing! And appreciate all y'all do.”
