Beautiful hotel at a very central location. Honestly, it is THE BEST location in all of San Francisco, in my opinion. It's a classic hotel. Super clean rooms and nice furniture. It's hard to find a place that's so centrally located but actually has new furniture. We loved staying here. See you around next time! Amazing service! Professionally designed to cater to our needs and super helpful at explaining the area and attractions! Will definitely look for more of these business partnerships from now on! We were treated like people and respected from the minutes we weren’t even in the hotel!!! This staff, Nico, Nicole, and every single person who work here gave us real and genuine feedback and support while staying here!!! We even had the pleasure of watching a new recruit being trained, and the level of training was incredible!

The check in experience was via the Sonder app and is a completely contact-free, seamless experience. The hotel is in an old building with dark and stylish character. It had nice decor and was very clean. Rooms aren't cleaned daily and there’s only part time reception staff so quite hands off, which was totally fine for me. Water dispenser and kitchen on level 2. The location in Union Square was perfect - central to major shops and eateries. Lots of people about. I felt safe the entire time as a female solo traveller. Street noise wasn’t bad for me but there were some old building sounds like piping. Earplugs was a perfect solve. Good for the price and location, I would stay here again.
