I got tired of an extra few lbs every year. tried a lot of different things and kept pretty active but the weight just kept coming. Today is Day 47 for me. I'm now in the 3-week phase where I have a maximum daily calorie count while maintaining my weight set point without gaining or losing more than 2 pounds. I have lost 25.8 pounds on this program, and I intend to cease all medications ... looking forward to my next visit with my family physician! I know, too, that I will continue to lose after completing all the program phases ... the end is near!
