He explained and answered all our questions related to the vehicle. I had best shopping experience at Crown. I will recommend Crown Mercedes to my family and friends if they plan to buy a Mercedes.

This was my first time buying a car, and she honestly made the process so much easier than I ever thought it would be! I have never had someone work so hard to help me. I highly recommend her for anyone who wants the absolute best.
(April 14, 2021, 3:42 pm)Melissa is best. I was looking to buy my leased car. She found me a new 2021 car same make and model for less than I was spending on my old car. And it’s just the color I wanted in the first place when I bought my last car that was unavailable at the time. I highly recommend her if you are in the market for a Mercedes. She also a delightful person and fun to work with. Lots of laughs. Makes car buying.a joy rather than a hassle you won’t be disappointed

(January 7, 2018, 1:53 pm)This was a great place to pick up from. We were in and out in a matter of 30 minutes tops. The only thing is that the entrance is around the corner from the street address. They actually came out and asked us if we were the load they were waiting on, which is always nice! Our appointment was for 10am and we got there at 10:30am. We left the L.A. area before 12 noon on a Saturday and zipped right through. It was really nice with NO L.A. traffic!
