Ohio Cryo

I came in for a squeeze and freeze (My technician was Ashleigh) and it was awesome! My legs are always sore from practice and it helped so much. It was pretty cold but the 3 minutes goes by really fast and my legs feel great so it’s totally worth it.

Ohio Cryo is fantastic! Ariana is very professional, efficient and thorough on all treatments. She makes you feel comfortable and is kind. All other staff is helpful and nice. The facility is clean and inviting!

I absolutely love Jackie at Ohio Cryo! She has seriously helped me with my fitness recovery, to help see more results out of my workouts with the recovery plan each week! Ohio Cryo has been rock solid since say one. Jacky is a pro!! Full body Cryo is superb and infra-red sauna during Ohio gray winters is fantastic! Spotless environment, well organized, in & out 💪
