Kerrigan Roofing did a great job replacing my roof. The rep was responsive and professional. The scheduling was quick and planned to work around the weather. The crew who came to my house were hard working and neat. Very pleased! I was happy to support a small family owned company!

Great experience! We got 4 quotes on roofs and decided to go with Kerrigan. A few neighbors had used them prior and highly recommended as well.

First thing, they were great with insurance. Aaron the owner, itemized each line and provided details to help the accuracy of insurance payments. Taking the stress of having a home owner negotiate with insurance about roofing prices (I don’t know this industry) was a big benefit. They also worked with our HOA to make sure everything was squared away.
Second thing, removal and installation took 1 DAY! They dropped the material off on Tuesday, removal & installation Wednesday, and touch ups on Thursday. Easy clear process with responsiveness from their team.
Final thing, they continue to help. They have come back multiple times to do above and beyond touch ups. This is after the money has exchanged hands. This has been the same experience from my neighbors.

Kerrigan roofing done a great job at replacing my roof. They were very responsive and easy to work with. Kerrigan’s representative (Michael) worked with me throughout the process and made sure I was happy with the work that was done. Crews were busy the whole time they were at my house and cleaned up after themselves.

Was pleased with every facet of this business. My first point of contact was Michael K: personable, knowledgeable, efficient. He made it easy to work with my Insurance Company. The installers were always early to the job. They made quick work of my rather large roof, completing in just over 2 days. I was pleased at their work ethic and their clean up each day. They worked until dark, which worried me a little, but that describes how hard and long they worked. They paid extra attention to the two areas I had that did have some previous leaking. We have had many powerful storms since the installation, and not one iota of any leaking. I am highly satisfied. I would give a hearty recommendation to anyone!
