“I love this branch: it’s very convenient both in location and in the short time I spend waiting for the tellers to help those ahead of me. It can be busy sometimes, but only once did I have to wait for more than about ten minutes to be helped. Maybe that sounds a bit long, but that includes times with up to 12 folks ahead of me!. Usually I get helped in less than 5 minutes here & that is NOT the case at many other locations I’ve used across the city. Also, the tellers are very friendly here and seem to actually want to be helpful. I know that overall the banks are upping the customer service level, but not even Chase has such consistently nice people at every branch I’ve been to. Also I believe they all speak Spanish here and they seem perfectly comfortable speaking either English or Spanish without a problem. I Know that’s not available everywhere else. I have been with Chase for over 15 years and like it altogether; I’m not using anything more complicated than basic checking and debit card services, but it’s been 15 years of dealings with them where I have never had the slightest problem. I had so much trouble with Huntington - all caused by their own errors: in using unclear and inconsistent policies, fees, and penalty charges; their constant and sometimes appalling mathematical errors; their terrible customer service; and for their Personal Banker system where only one person has the authority to do anything to your account. -Not that I’m complaining :) At Chase I have not seen evidence of anything like what I went through at Huntington and I am most grateful. As for this branch’s bankers, I have only needed help a few times in over a dozen years here and they were quite pleasant, businesslike and helpful, one time exceptionally so. I have seen people waiting for a banker at times, but only during those times when you would expect to have to wait your turn to see one. I wanted to tell you this because I was really surprised at the low ratings and the reviews I read. I thought I should share what I have experienced to balance the discussion a bit.”

“I've always liked eating at little Caesar's pizza. Their $5 dollar hot and ready are very good, especially for the price. The location that I went to is on the corner of Norton road and Sullivent Ave. Every time I visit this location they always have hot and ready pizza and crazy bread fresh and ready to go. The employees are always very polite and I will be returning to this restaurant often. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for good tasty pizza at a great price.”

“Monfredi Family Dental was awesome! Got my husband and I appointments at the same time which was really convenient. Once we got to our first appointment it was fast and extremely professional. Very nice office and great staff! My husband had been told he had 4 cavities at a different dentist a few months earlier but at Monfredi they said he only had one small cavity so I believe they are acting ethically and not just out for money! Would recommend 10/10!”

“I have had nothing but good experiences since moving here. The management, Kendra and Natalie, and maintenance are all very helpful and all around great people. I am a young woman that lives on my own and have never felt unsafe here. Management has been doing a lot of recent great renovations to make the complex nicer. The maintenance men are awesome and make it a mission to get to you asap and have always left me satisfied. Parking has never been an issue and they routinely spray for bugs which has also never been an issue for me. I would absolutely recommend Eagle Crest”
