Brookfield Village

I have lived here over a year now. (Oct. 2021-present) and I have no complaints whatsoever! The staff is super nice an do whatever they can to help, the neighborhood is nice with convenient parking! Also everything you need from restaurants or fast food an even groceries is nearby! Literally 5 minutes up the road which is nice! All I'm saying is that I love this place and it's amazing! Another reason why I just signed a new lease just last month! Definitely recommend this place if you want a good place to call home an feel at home!

Quiet neighborhood! Close to a lot of stores and needs. So far any concerns within my apartment have been handled quickly, the manager is friendly and maintenance staff is quick, professional and a good conversationalist. Bonus for having a dog park, would be interested to see if we can get a dog grooming station at the dog park! 🤗

Every since we moved here, we haven't had any issues at all! Maintenance came out the same day we called! The office staff are very sweet and answer any and all questions we have no matter how silly they might be. It's very very quiet around here, very peaceful I love it! Thank you Brookfield and neighbors for being the very best! I'm sad I had to work and missed the Halloween party for Brookfield but I'll be sure to make the next one! I love that you guys have events like this! It's amazing to bring us all together! We have never had an issue with parking or anything, we actually get great parking! Especially me for working 3rd shift!

We have been at Brookfield Village for 2 years and aside from a couple bad neighbors (that the office helped out with a ton!) and the parking issues that we have dealt with, we love it here! The ladies at the office, especially Connor, have been amazing! They are always quick to fix any issues we have with maintenance and she is quick to solve any community issues. It’s a great location and has a lot of families, it feels safe here and we are happy! Rent is reasonable and the community is great!
