“I got a very good deal at Ricart... the sales people were nice....But... 1. I was never offered the lock code to my vehicle. 2017 MKC LINCOLN...Not knowing that they could possibly access it... I had to pay a Lincoln dealership 50.00 3. No one "introduced" me to the car. No one showed me the functions.. I'm using common sense to discover it... 2. I had a concern regarding my registration...I called three times and left VM and person to person message...no return call. I had to make a trip to the dealership. Mind you When they were trying to sale the vehicle they were consistent 8n calling me .....called a few times... Makes you wonder.”

“We initially came to Ricart Kia to test drive the Telluride "S". All sales associates were busy, so someone immediately called for additional help. Robert Peabody ultimately answered the call. It was clear from his greeting and body language he was less than enthused to be working with us. An example of this would be when we asked him to tell us the difference between the "S" and the "EX", and his response was for us to read the sticker, "all of the differences are there on the sticker". This was particularly frustrating as there were features of overlap in the section that he pointed out for us to read, so our question was never really answered. We test drove the Telluride S, and made the decision that we were likely to purchase but that we would not be doing it with Ricart based on the poor service we had received from Robert. Prior to returning to our car we were introduced to Jeremy Harr. When we shared what we were looking for he insisted we come back to the lot and look at the Telluride EX. He walked us through the differences between the "S" and the "EX" and we were certain by the time we were finished that we were going to buy a Telluride EX. We werent sold on the color initially and made the decision to take the evening to look up the inventory in Columbus online. We ultimately made the decision to return to Ricart and purchase the EX that Jeremy showed us. Our experience with him was amazing from start to finish. Make no mistake, Jeremy saved this sale for Ricart.”

“Against my wishes, my wife got an iPhone 11 in replacement of my beloved Android. I was resistant for years to switch to Apple from Samsung, and I’m still not sold on the phone itself. That said, my experience at the Verizon retailer was excellent. The gentlemen that were staffing the store were pleasant and knowledgeable. Furthermore, they were very helpful in transferring the contacts and photos from my existing phone to my new one. Under normal circumstances i would have happily taken on this task myself but with as many photos and critical data saved to my phone I felt that the $20 fee associated with the transaction was more than fair. I don’t have any intentions of needing assistance in a retail environment for my Verizon anytime soon. But, when the need does arise I will be returning to this location.”
