I have nothing but great things to say about BI especially the Allen location. I am quite surprised by the bad ratings which seem from a disgruntled family trying to bring down their ratings. I definitely recommend BI. To my child they were nothing short of family. An amazing team of caring, professional and loving people. Thank you BI.

I have had my son and daughter at the murphy location for over a year now. I have had nothing but a positive experience. My son has grown so much and the staff is exceptional. They listen to my concerns and promptly adjust his goals if needed. My daughter ended up graduating out of ABA because of BI. Can’t recommend them enough!

I felt I needed to write a positive review after seeing such bad ones. My son started here December 2019, he was 3 yrs old at the time. I told myself if I felt my son was not being treated fairly, cry or run, or just got a bad vibe, I would take him out immediately. But it has been quite the opposite. He loves his therapy clinic, and his therapists love him. Yes, he does have to “work”, a little bit of tough love, but seeing him reach a milestone makes it all worth it. He also gets his fill of hugs, high fives, yummy treats and praises on a daily basis. I’m thankful for BI in Murphy!
