  Dan was great from the very beginning when we called to request a roof inspection. He helped us through each step of the process for the roof and gutters as well as handling the insurance claim. We went with a completely different roof color and it looks amazing! We would definitely recommend exterior alliance.

  Dan Blanton stopped by after a hailstorm last year. Although we didn’t qualify for a full repair at the time - I kept his information. A few weeks later, We had a bad leak in our aging roof on a Sunday morning during a bad storm. I called Dan and he came right over. He jumped up on the roof in the rain, and immediately found the problem area. We agreed the Roof needed full replacement. Insurance wouldn’t cover due to a bad installation issue before we bought our house.
  
  While not ideal, Dan did everything possible to make it easy to work with Exterior Alliance to get things done. They knocked out the full roof in one day, and the team was super professional. Unfortunately, a few weeks later we had a flashing issue that caused another leak. Dan didn’t blink- he came right over and jumped on the roof to check it out himself. He assured us the Flashing would be completely fixed and leak repair was covered. Everything is great now, and zero leaks.
  
  Bottom line, unexpected things happen! Dan and Exterior Alliance were nothing but professional throughout and I’d recommend them to anyone as a roofing partner.

  Contacted Exterior Alliance regarding a leak on a rental property of mine, their representative was able to temporarily fix the leak but also informed me of the wind damage that caused the leak and recommended we try to file a claim as he believed the whole roof would be replaced, I was skeptical but decided to try it due to his confidence. It went exactly how he said it would, met with my adjuster and within a couple weeks I was getting my roof replaced in full and only had to pay my deductible. The install was even better than I expected, quick and clean! Thanks guys I will be in touch when I need my own homes roof replaced!

  Experienced a surprise roof leak following a rain storm. Got an immediate service response and a rep was at my home the following day. Problem was diagnosed and fixed quickly. Straight answers, no gimmicks, great service. Well done!
