We hired Suren and his team to replace and extend an old wooden deck. They did a fantastic job, and we could not be happier with the results. They were professional, courtesy, and do excellent work at a fair price. Highly recommend.

We hired Mann Roofing & Construction to refinish our basement after wed had to gut the finished portions to accommodate repairs to our foundation. We are EXTREMELY satisfied with the results!

The owner and staff of the Mann Roofing & Construction were very professional and courteous. My family works and schools from home and we had no disruptions to our day. The work was completed earlier than expected and the company was able to adjust efficiently when presented with two small changes from our original plan.

Mann Roofing and Construction are a very professional and dedicated company with OUTSTANDING members of their team. They work diligently with a quality that surpasses their competitors and I'd recommend their services to anyone. Their customs and courtesies provided gave me a sense of COMFORT while they were in house with no mess afterwards. The only way I could tell they were there was because the bathrooms were GORGEOUS after they finished.

Mann Roofing installed roofing, downspouts and gutters to my house initially. This occurred in June of 2020. The work turned out so well that I hired him to do additional roofing work, as well as installing a new gutter on the garage. He also changed the roofing on a shed so that it would match the color on the house and garage. Mann Roofing also further aided me by finishing the work of a contractor who did not complete the work that he was hired to to. He then gave me a 1 year warranty on it.

I immediately received a compliment from my next door neighbor when they saw the finished work. The neighbors across the street stood and looked with amazement during the installation of the roof and when it was completed. I also received a compliment from a subcontractor who has done an extensive amount of work on the property. He thought Mann Roofing had painted my gutters to match the exterior color of the house. He looked extremely surprised when I informed him that Suren had ordered a matching color for the gutters and downspouts so that they wouldn't have to be painted.

Finally, Suren fixed some issues I had with a handrail and a fence at a nominal charge. This goes to show the character, the compassion, and the quality of his work. He has the desire to bring about the best possible results to his Customers, and he also Produces Excellent Results for his clients.

Professional. Provided detailed description of work to be done with time line, options and prices. Punctual, clean and all workers were courteous. Installation of new Flooring, painting, roof repair, electrical and basement repair. I will highly recommend this company.
