Marcie Birch greeted us at the door in a very friendly, easy manner. She guided us to what we were looking and left us alone so we could talk and try different recliners. When we had questions she made herself available and answered all of our questions. We said we wanted to go look at some other stores for their recliners. We came back a few hours later and told her we wanted one of the R and F recliners. She was wonderful through the closing details and very nice through and through. We highly recommend R and F and Marcie Birch!

The sales lady was very knowledgeable and very detail on the furniture that I selected. In addition, she spent a good hour and more with us demonstrating everything. She had a personality that I would describe as out of sight. In addition, she was not aggressive and she allow us to take our time also and ask her questions furniture that was not on the floor she even went to the computer and showed us everything. My family has been long time patients of Dr Kyle Lowe. I have nothing but praises for him and his staff. The front desk staff are very sweet and always greeting the patients with a smile. The hygentists are caring, thorough and gentle. Dr Lowe is proactive and very caring. He once cared for my daughter on a Saturday evening, when she injured her mouth in a basketball game. I greatly appreciate Dr Lowe and his fantastic team. Dependable. Honest. Caring. Thorough.
