  OMGosh, Celine is an angel! I was on my way home 1-6-2022 when my "low tire pressure" light came on. I went to NTB and they were closed. I went to Valvoline, they were closed, I went to Tire Discounters and they were closing and the men there refused to help me. I went to Giant Eagle but their air machine is broken so I went to other places trying to find someone to help me put air in my tires. I was exhausted trying to find help because it was cold, snowy, and dark outside.
  
  My last hope was AutoZone. I didn't go there first because I know they don't service cars, but God sure is in the details because when I walked in I was desperate to see if anyone could check the air pressure in my tire.
  
  Celine was amazing! She could tell I was distressed and she calmly asked how she could help me. I told her my dilemma, and she put on her coat, got her tire gauge, and said she would check my tires AND she was kind enough to let me use her personal tire inflator from her trunk! She checked all the tires (all four were low) and she attached her personal device and inflated all four tires! I am so thankful for her! After inflating the last tire, my "low tire pressure" light went off. I offered her a little money and she would not accept it.
  
  AutoZone, I don't know if you realize it, but kind, compassionate, employees like Celine are hard to find. She didn't have to help me! She didn't have to go out in the cold and hook up her own personal tire inflator.
  
  I just had to let you know about my WONDERFUL experience. Thank you, thank you, and thank you again Celine for all you did for me! I appreciate it more than you know! Signed, Sheri

  I love their service, they are all welcoming ,especially the manager she went extra mile to solve my issues for me…I wish to visit there everyday … and I recommend to you 100%.. you will never regret for visiting this gorgeous store

  Stopped here for help with my car battery and Celine took 30 minutes to help figure out a solution to my problem, even though they didn’t have the product I needed in store. Definitely left a happy customer!

  Most of the time staff is so very helpful and very patient and friendly and go out of their way to make sure you get everything you need. Sometimes younger staff needs help from senior employees but they take care of you.

  I order going to this location verses the one on Main St even though Main is closer as this one is much nicer.

  Very nice campus and easy to navigate. Plenty of JSO recruits completing physical training and they assisted me with completing my polygraph exam. Facilities were great and the test administrator was awesome and made me feel at ease.

  I use to go to school here , I enjoyed my time . Staff was always helpful .
