DaVinci Contracting

This is the second time we have used Davinci. Gerald easily explained the process and the roof was actually installed ahead of schedule. DaVinci provided an excellent product and service. The added bonus was the clean up after installation was excellent.

From the project manager to the roofers everyone was so kind and worked very hard. The project manager answered all of my questions and was a man of his word.

This company is the Bomb!!! The owner Joseph Darby is very professional as well as personable. Joe and his team really do go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. This company and its owner, Joe Darby, are excellent to work with. We did a roof around 5 years ago. The work was quick, quality was excellent and the price was reasonable. When we remodeled our master bath about 3 years later I noticed a leak coming through the ceiling. I communicated with Joe immediately and he always took my call but it was winter so there wasn't much he could do. I kept on him and he never disappeared, always took my calls and even personally drove up (2.5 hours) to our house last year to look at it himself. He couldn't see anything wrong with the roof and did some sealing work that day. We agreed that we would keep an eye on it and stay in touch. The ceiling kept dripping and I could feel the insulation above was wet. I spoke to Joe a couple weeks ago and he agreed that as soon as it warmed up, he would have his guys come and tear the roof off and replace it at no cost. Its 20 degrees out today yet the ceiling was dripping so I started to think about it. I had a trusted contractor that we work with come over and look. I was correct that the exhaust fan was not vented properly and therefore was blowing steam from the bathroom onto the insulation and causing the issue. I called Joe right away to let him know that it wasn't his roof which made him quite happy.

The measure of a good company is certainly their quality and price and attention to detail but a truer measure is how they deal with things that don't go right or an unhappy customer. These guys are top notch in every way. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
