  Pleased with all the staff of The Bungalows at Mayfair." They accommodated to my time whenever I scheduled for meetings. Not so crazy about the appliances especially because the refrigerator doesn’t not match with the space dimensions and I have had some issues with the gas stove. Other than that, a very well planned out home where there is space for everything. The pantry and the master closet are spacious! We are very happy in our new home!

  I have had 3 homes built and Loni Long was the best I have ever worked with. Questions were answered quickly and in such a professional way. Problems that occurred were addressed and Paul remedied them in a timely manner. It was a great experience working with Loni and I would highly recommend Bungalows at Mayfair. Thanks to all who made my home so lovely! Joan McDermott

  Building a new home is as exciting as it is stressful. My husband and I built our home through Preferred Living in 2018 and their level of customer service exceeded our expectations. The best part is, they continue to be a partner to us—even though our home was completed months ago.
  
  The entire Preferred Living staff is 100% dedicated to serving the needs of their clients. From the sales office (especially Loni Long & Stephanie Florian) to the site project manager (Dave Ottavi) and all the way up to the executive staff, every area of Preferred Living came together to work as a team during our home construction project at the Bungalows at Mayfair.
  
  The team went above and beyond to ensure our home was built on time and on budget. No matter what concern, question or request to remedy we brought to their attention, Preferred Living was respectful of our preferences. For instance, there was an issue with the design of our driveway so Loni and team worked for several weeks to reposition our home on our lot to ensure we were happy with the configuration. This was no small effort--it meant flipping the house to a different layout and clearing out an entire section of the road in front of our home. This is just one of many instances where Preferred Living went out of their way to make sure we had the best experience possible.
  
  Similar to the experience of a previous reviewer, some of our fixtures weren’t up to our standards (or were broken) upon inspection and after we moved in, but a simple request to have these items fixed/replaced was all it took to rectify the issues we encountered.

  These bungalows are wonderful! Everyone was very friendly and helpful in all the steps of building and moving in. It's exactly what our family of 4 was looking for. The enclosed patio is a wonderful outdoor area for the kids to play in. We couldn't be happier with our decision to move here!

  Stopped by to look. Model was very nice. Bungalows are oit.of my price range, but if it's in yours, it felt solidly built.
