Great place to workout with great people - and it all starts with Dave, the owner. Dave is very encouraging and motivational, no matter what your goal is. That motivation and encouragement is carried on by every member of the gym, which makes for a fun gym environment. Workouts are posted daily and are always challenging and never disappoint!

Micks Gym is unlike any other gym. Whatever your physical condition, you feel welcomed and motivated to do more. Dave is like your personal trainer motivating you at every workout. I love how you just show up in the morning and go. I’ve been hooked for 3 years.

I met Dave while taking his Bud/s workout class at Hilliard Darby. Then after graduating high school and going to college I stopped working out for over two years. Then I remembered that Dave opened a Gym after retiring for Darby and sent an him email. Now for the last year I have been coming here and love every second of it. If you are looking for a great place to lose weight or gain muscle come to Mighty Mick’s Gym.

Love this place. I used to sit at a bar watching people to the workouts.. Saying I'm to old to do that.. Now it's me out there pushing those sleds in the parking lot & loving it. Dave will help & adjust the works out to fit you. I just cant say enough about this place. Its amazing..
