Shane has very clean and private setting. I have made many gains in fitness and health working with Shane over the past year.

I have been working out at Hostetler Fitness for a little over a year. Weekly sessions with a trainer who creates a customized program makes working out less of a challenge for me. Shane listens to his client’s needs and is encouraging and motivational. I have gained strength and confidence as a result of my workouts with Shane.

I reached out to Shane over the summer to begin a fitness program with my husband. He started with us as beginners and helped us become stronger and healthier all in a fun, relaxed, safe and private atmosphere. I’ve told my friends and some have begun training with him too. We took our teenage son to give it a try and now he’s training to gain muscle. Shane is a great role model for him! Couldn’t be happier!

Shane is a good trainer!!! I have shaped up very nicely while he has trained me the last 2 months. What I like about him is that he pushes me farther than I think I can go. I really need that extra boost. I highly recommend him for any of your personal training goals!!!
