I was worried about using the key machine. And I actually ordered 4 keys. Because of the offered discount. I even ordered a special mini mouse key. But sure enough the special key wasn't the correct to cut with my key. So it was the only one that didn't work. I felt oh well I'm sure lowes not responsible and I'm out my money. But to my surprise as I called Minute key. I had no problem at all!
