Very impressed from Day1 with professionalism of the Administrative office, social workers, nursing staff to housekeeping. Facility is well-maintained and the level of care is such that I can return to my home state of MD and not worry about my sister who went from rehab to long-term care with short notice and the transition was seamless. They have taken my 1960’s kitchen and turned it into a diamond. With moving walls and creating a more open and workable area I sometimes have to remind myself it’s my house. “So I stopped off for some quick gas here at the old speedway in Hilliard and it’s one of your smaller stores but it’s still a nice one. I got to say these guys are branching out I’ve never seen a speedway store carry hard liquor before. So this one is carrying fireball which is a favorite and vodka. So you can get your gas you can grab a 40 and you can get a bottle all at the same spot got a love America today. But seriously the stores nice it’s clean could be a little cleaner in the outside and it is a little smaller that’s why I got the four out of five stars”

“I have had my newly installed Rugh's Roof for three weeks now and I am happy to report that I have zero complaints with the installation quality. Zero leaks after several rain and wind events since installation. I worked with Jeremy to set up the install. He was very respectful during and adherent to CDC recommendations in our face-to-face meeting. He was easy to contact and responsive to questions I had during the time from inspection to install process; and he was very helpful working with my insurance company. The roof install crew was very prompt- they showed up at the exact time we were told they would be there. They did a nice job on clean up too- rolling a magnet across the yard multiple times to try and pick up and lingering nails. Rugh's uses the Owens Corning roofing systems. I had the Duration Onyx Black shingles installed (50 year rated shinle), along with a new ridge vent to replace hat vents. All new flashing was installed as well. They also assisted in installing the flashing for four new sun tunnels which I was installing in conjunction with the new roof. Overall they provided a smooth and low stress experience for what I would consider to be one of the major milestone house projects.”
