(May 1, 2021, 4:47 pm)Naomi Brothers (in drive thru) did an excellent job making my cold brew coffees exactly as specified. She also very kindly and professionally explained to me how to order the $2 cold brew special....thought I had...but was confused. She was polite, informative, and took the time to explain. I appreciate her professionalism and she truly is an asset to Tim Horton's. I'd hire her in a minute if I owned a store. Thanks for the great service Naomi! I will be back for more cold brew coffee!
