The office was very busy with several people checking in.I had booked our room online. After being on the road for several hours,I was somewhat frustrated. Thank goodness Renee was the night clerk. She made me feel like she would move mountains to make sure our stay was pleasant. And she did!! She was very professional, personable,and very helpful.
