“This is a great place for all the reasons others have listed, but could someone who can, please remove this business from showing up on Google when people search for an emergency room? I have talked with multiple people who have come rushing up to this building looking for an emergency room, since this location is the first one that comes up if you search and you're near here. People potentially in serious need are wasting valuable time coming to the wrong location. I was just there and had a woman drive up and ask where the emergency room entrance was and I had to try to help her get directions to a real emergency room. It's nobody's fault that it is coming up on that search, but if someone can do something about it, it would be great.”

“My husband & I were traveling from Florida to Michigan and back again. So we stayed in several Red Roof Inns. On our way back to Fla.we stayed in Lexington South, Rm #122. The office was very busy with several people checking in.I had booked our room online. After being on the road for several hours,I was somewhat frustrated. Thank goodness Renee was the night clerk. She made me feel like she would move mountains to make sure our stay was pleasant. And she did!! She was very professional, personable,and very helpful. She is definitely a fabulous asset to Red Roof Inns.”

“This is an absolutely beautiful community. Very spacious with open areas for activities and dining. Amazingly kind staff. I was happily greeted by receptionist which then offered me refreshments. Wait was not long to meet with sales manager. Prices are reasonable and you get a lot of bang for your buck. Everyone I met seemed to care. Rooms are very nice and they have a lot of activities and bus trips offered. Building looks clean...even the bathrooms. I met the Executive Director and she was nice and caring. I have chosen Brookdale Chestnut Hill for my loved Mom and you should too. It was extremely hard but the staff at Brookdale made it bearable to get though. Thank you for your warm hospitality and your caring spirit.”
