After adding a New Teenage drive, my last Insurance agency said they ran the quotes & the Best They could get me was 5K yr with everything bundled & 10 yrs of loyalty. I Called Rich Billings & via Allstate he was able to keep my Can Insurance with a New Driver below 2k a year.
