At 5 pm on a Friday I developed some sort of bizarre infection in my eye. Rather than go to the ER, I called Dr. Beal's office. Her staff told me to come right over. Dr. Beals and her staff stayed late on that Friday as she examined my eyes and gave me the right medicine to treat the problem. Incredible service! You'll never get service like that at a box-store optical shop (or the ER, for that matter!).
Very comprehensive eye exam. They are not only concerned with vision but overall eye health. Great personalized service unlike most "big box" stores. I have not had to replace my glasses in several years so cannot speak to that but as far as exam and contact lenses they are great!
