roll: Upper Arlington Bike Shop

Not all Roll: stores are the same and this one is the best. Great staff, very knowledgeable, and always willing to help. I drive out of my way to shop here.

Their level of service overcomes all brand recognition for bike models but it helps that they sell Giants and Cannondales so I can always find what I need.

Great people to deal with and the mechanics do good work. I’ve used the shop many times to purchase gear and for bike repairs. I have always been satisfied with their work, employees and prices. We ran into a small problem one time and discussed options and worked out a solution. To me the sign of a good business is what you do when something goes wrong. They have my recommendation

Roll is the best bike shop in town. I purchased my bike there about 10 years ago and received excellent service. I have also taken my bike there for tune ups, and servicing. They are always friendly, and provide quick and efficient service. And of course they do a great job! I highly recommend purchasing a bike from them.
