Hilliard Grand Apartments

Been living here for a year (read recent reviews as management has updated). I have appreciated the new staff and they communicate way more than the previous, as well as actively do things to maintain the overall property. Once they took over, it was a noticeable improvement in my experience. The place itself is clean, good amount of space, and reasonable pricing considering the area too. It was definitely a good find and I plan on staying. Amara has always been very responsive and friendly with anything I need, as well as the maintenance staff.

I have lived at Hilliard Grand for 5 years and have never had a bad experience. The management staff and maintenance go above and beyond to make sure your needs are taken care of. I will continue to live at Hilliard Grand as I feel safe, the community/amenities are beautiful and taken care of and it’s a place I call home! I would recommend anyone to come check it out as you will not be disappointed!
