Advance Senior Support Home Health

I was put in a very difficult situation, requiring daily wound care visits post-surgery with just a few days notice. I called around to several agencies, and Advance Senior Support was 1 of 2 on my list of 12 providers who could accommodate my request. Their compassion and assurance on the phone is what made me choose them, and I'm so glad I did! I got the same nurse for every single visit, and he lived by the motto "nursing isn't just a profession—it's a calling." He took such great care in attending to my needs and was extremely consistent, reliable, and professional. His wound care advice went well beyond the basic instructions given by the surgeon's office, and because of him I am now nearly fully healed. His positive energy and 13 years of experience were priceless at a time when I was feeling vulnerable. He went the extra mile for me and the least I can do is leave a positive review for the agency that sent him.

As a retired home health nurse I feel quite qualified to evaluate an agency's ability to adequately care for me. I have used this agency twice, after both of my total knee replacements. The nursing, PT and PTA have always been kind, considerate, encouraging, timely, knowledgeable and more than willing to help me, in any way possible, learn to walk again . I highly recommend them as a home health agency.

The home PT providers (Dr Ravid and Dr Jake), Noelle , (our Home care assistant), and the various Rns and other assessors. were so kind and helpful.. We will miss you all as she moved to assisted living this weekend
