Spectacular shop! The owner is amazing. The whole staff has customer friendly support and are always professional and inviting. I feel like I am a VIP customer each and every visit.

With convenient appointment hours and options for pickup / delivery, this is a huge win for Westerville- their private parking makes it quick and easy to get in and out an their insurance friendly (and knowledgeable) staff make picking out our family specs and contacts a breeze.

This business also gives back to the community and invests where they live and work. I see Dr. Bauder and team at many school festivals and 4th Friday.

Dr. Mitsy and her team operate a wonderful optometry office. I have worn eyeglasses for decades and have had experiences with a number of practices, including OSU. The Uptown staff is pleasant, easy going, yet highly efficient. With state of the art equipment and personal attention I feel very cared for.

Love this office! Dr. Bauder is very knowledgeable and takes her time to ensure you feel comfortable and understand everything. Her assistant helped me pick the perfect pair of frames, she was so pleasant and helpful. I recommend this office 110%! It's a 30 minute drive from my house, however she came highly recommended. I would drive for hours to come here for the top notch service and care. Thank you!

I was formerly a patient of Dr. Parrish (who used to work in the building), and was a little hesitant to transition to a new eye doctor but I have been really impressed by the new practice. Incredibly friendly, clean, comfortable and professional atmosphere. I highly recommend them.
