    Columbus Central Locksmith were extremely communicative when I asked them for a bid for a deadbolt. They immediately asked me for photos to clarify what they needed to make the quote. They wrote back quickly, came on time, cleaned up after their work. Exceeded expectations!

    Amazing service!! I called/emailed back and forth with Jay for a while and he always answered right away. Really excellent communication. The day of service the locksmith Dean was done in less than an hour and he was super polite. Best of all, this company donates to a dog shelter! They're wonderful. I'll definitely use them again.

    I was locked out of my apartment, they quickly gave me an estimate and got here much sooner than expected. Very helpful and friendly and couldn't beat the price, would definitely recommend!

    Columbus Central Locksmith were fast, efficient and their price is reasonable. Not sure who I had on the phone, but he was very nice and understood my problem in 5 seconds. Highly recommended!

    Came over quickly and replaced the deadbolt lock to my apartment - was able to identify the issue based on a few pics and gave us a great estimate on cost + time. Took everything apart to make sure that the person who initially got us into our apartment didn't do some hidden damage (they didn't) and talked us through what he was doing every step of the way. Very easy. Very safe. Very seamless.
