“My review for Mind Redo I found Mind Redo in a state of crisis. My life was falling apart into puzzle pieces and I did not know how to put this puzzle back together. I was suffering from a stream of traumas starting from youth going into my adult life and self medicating was my go to. It wasn’t until I met Ms. Sondra, Ms.Rachele and the rest of the mind redo staff who showed me life lasting strategies to put my life back together. With mind redo, I was able to put my life back together, I was able to start attaining my life goals, I was able to live a life in recovery that I knew I would not turn back. Mind redo helped me rediscover myself, something anyone in recovery struggles with. I was able to reattain stability, assertiveness and focus on what needed to be achieved. “Amazing Doctor. Knows his stuff that's for sure. He's fixed me twice. Once with a fractured ankle; broken growth plate, hairline fractures on both the tibia and the fibula. Put a screw in. I did therapy at his office. Then they removed the screw later on. Very helpful and respectful throughout that experience. Then again the second time he pieced together my crushed big toe. My toe was in 27 pieces, and he fixed it phenomenally. Along with a fractured 2nd toe. Once again helpful and respectful throughout that experience. His office was terrific as well.”

“I don't often publicly post as far as Google reviews go, but Dr. Benjamin Forrester offers such astonishingly good care and insight that I am posting. Originally, I had gone to the Cleveland Clinic for PMDD--a debilitating hormone condition which has severe physical and mental side effects. This condition afflicts me about two weeks out of every month, so half of my life. Since the drive to the Cleveland Clinic was so far, I opted for a local option. I am so glad I did. Dr. Forrester offers high-quality care with a calm and compassionate demeanor. He is very competent and knowledgeable about medications and there side affects. Under his care, my life has noticeably changed for the good. I had tried to get help when I was younger, to no avail, so I wasn't confident that this time would work either. But it has. The combination of medication prescribed has been terrific for me. Life-changing. I still have symptoms but they are minimal compared to the past. I can't thank Dr. Forrester enough. I highly recommend him!”
