(August 28, 2018, 3:17 pm)The circuit training is different every day and as much or as little as you want to push it. I've been going for a year now and have really noticed a big difference in my fitness. Adam is so helpful and friendly. I love supporting a local entrepreneur. Highly recommended

(November 29, 2017, 4:04 pm)Adam is great. He always makes sure you know why we are doing every exercise and gives options to avoid injury. Everything is explained clearly and he's there to answer any questions if your not sure of something. Been attending the Lunch Crunch regularly and definitely feel stronger since I started. Also have not had an injury thanks to Adam's great tutelage so I haven't had to take a break yet so I'm continuing to progress which I can't say has been the case for any prior exercise routine I've tried.
