Oil change - If I could give 10 stars I would. These gentlemen were competent and thorough. I will absolutely be back. Thank you guys for the quality service! In and out quickly without sacrificing the quality of the job. About 15 mins with no issues at 3 pm on a Tuesday. Amazing, seriously.

Ben is a huge asset to this company. He is always professional and oil changes are quick and easy. He even fixed my windshield wiper for me.

I went in for a standard oil change on a used vehicle I had just bought. The technician told me that, while changing the oil, he noticed a crack in the subframe on the vehicle, and that he likes to let drivers know when he catches things like this, especially when he sees temporary tags indicating the car was just purchased. I had him take photos of what he saw, and upon further inspection realized just the perimeter of the underbody had been sprayed heavily with fluid film, making it easy to miss the poorly-fabricated attempts at repairing the subframe, as well as the extremely rusted frame in general.
Thanks to this technician going above and beyond, for no extra charge, I am now in the process of returning this vehicle. (There is a potential safety issue with the ABS as well.) It's still not clear whether the man who sold me the vehicle was trying to hide things or whether he was duped by the people who sold him the vehicle. He's older, barely put miles on the car, and has so far been cooperative in working with me. I'm headed back this afternoon to meet with him in person.

This has all happened in the last 48 hours, but I am so moved by the excellent service at Chagrin Auto Spa and Oil Change that I wanted to write this review as soon as possible. This business has secured a lifelong customer, and I will be spreading the word. I could not be more grateful to have found a local business like this that I can trust. The technician was genuinely-concerned for my best interest and prevented a world of headaches for me by clueing me in and taking the time to listen to the details I had on the car. He worked with me to give me theories on potential issues with the vehicle, and pointed me in the direction of where to go from here. Honestly life-changing, which is not what one expects from an oil change and car wash. Excellent service all-around. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. It's great to know there are honest people in the world on whom I can depend.
