Dennis was so patient and kind when working with an elderly customer. We gave him a puzzling situation with landlines that the phone company had described as "antique." He went right to work solving the issue. Moreover, Dennis took time to listen and explain everything so she was very comfortable understanding his solution. Came late after losing power to my garbage disposal, outlets around the sink, dishwasher and outlets in my island. Found the issue quickly after ruling out a few things and was reasonably priced. Will definitely call again if needed in the future.
