  Monday morning. Woke up ugly, price of gas is now $4.49, and it's pouring down rain. I grab a coffee across the street from Uptowne Barber Shoppe, and decide to try this guy for a haircut.
  After my haircut...gas is still $4.49, I'm still ugly, and it's raining even harder now! But...I glance in the mirror to check out my haircut and WOW, it looks like I just stepped out of a high-end barbershop in LA! Amazing cut, blended perfectly, and looking so sharp my wife is not going to believe I didn't hop on jet today and go cross country for this.
  The bottom line is this: There are very few things in life that you can control, but where you get your hair cut is one that you can. Don't screw around and go to some corporate, cookie-cutter, cosmetology place where you'll have to line up behind the blue-haired ladies waiting for their weekly tints. Check out Uptowne and you won't be sorry. I'm certainly glad I did!

  As a kid my grandpa always brought me here. Today I came 31 years old with my grandpa and dad. Nothing has changed. Larry is one funny guy and he always puts a smile on my face. This place will be in my heart forever. Please support Larry.

  Excellent! Larry is a small business owner, and I enjoy patronizing his place, plus I really enjoy talking with him while he cuts my hair. He does the job fast, without all the BS you would have to
  pay other places to do the same job. Been going to him for 11years now since I've moved out here, and will continue to get my hair cut by him as long as he's in business.
