Stopped in and discussed service for my John Derek tractor. I was happy with the price and how quickly they would get it back to me. They do not store tractors over the winter! I also found out they are moving to Chardon, Ohio.

Have been here twice. The sales guy was knowledgeable and friendly. I am not so knowledgeable, and he was patient and very helpful. I wish I could remember his name. He answered all my questions and after my purchase even went outside with me to make sure I could correctly operate my purchase. Sadly,Yes I needed that help. I would purchase from there again and recommend it. Easy to find from traffic and plenty of parking. Only rated 4 stars because on my 2nd experience there was a guy who was friendly but not so knowledgeable. He did however seek assistance from my original sales guy and everything was great.

Great customer service! They had what we needed and employees were very helpful and kind. While we were there 2 additional employees asked if we needed help. We told them that someone else was already assisting us.
