Called Peps for an extremely plugged main drain. Paul was able to make time for me on his schedule the same day. Paul called to inform me his previous job was running later than expected, and reassured me he would still be able to stop. Paul arrived after 6:00 PM after working all day. He was kind, professional, personable, and eager to fix my drain issue. He stayed until my drain was clear and it drained like it never had before 🌞. He was very fair priced! The price he quoted me for the service call was the same price he charged!! I have found a plumber for life 🙆‍♀️!! Thank you again Paul 🙂!
