  Everyone at Taproot is kind and always helpful. I look forward to every visit. From classes that are taught on ways to keep ourselves healthy to learning many new things, there always something interesting happening and of course yoga.

  I have taken yoga classes around the area for a while now but this is my home space.
  
  The gift shop is so welcoming. There is always something I want in there. Yoga props, mats and books are readily available. There is a growing crystal section, and local jewelry. Not to mention the local Candles and local Honey. Taproot has a really wonderful little health section with some banyan botanical products and body brushes, massage stones and herbal lotions. It’s a lovey one stop shop for and yogi for birthday or Christmas delights.
  
  The studio spaces are inviting,clean and spacious. The sky studio features heated floors that are amazing for Yin Yoga. Props are sanitized between each class. The aroma of essential oils is always faintly present. Sometimes for shavasana you will be spoiled with the sound of Crystal Bowls. Anytime I leave a class I feel rejuvenated and light. The atmosphere here is so tranquil.
  
  Taproot puts in real effort to build a community space. They host so many workshops, specialty classes, and weekend event. The teachers are amazing ! Everyone is incredibly welcoming and inviting.

  I have been taking yoga for about 5 years elsewhere. Signed up for the 3 week introductory unlimited & now am ready for the full commitment! Great variety of classes for all skill levels, times that work for everyone! Join for yourself!

  I really enjoy this studio! Just had my first class back after a few years off yoga, the slow flow was just what I needed, very grounding without being super physically demanding. Nicole did a great job. The new back room is very soothing!

  I had never done yoga before and decided it might be a good way to cope with some of life's stress. So far I have attended two different classes with two different instructors. Everyone I have run into has been very helpful and welcoming, the instructors were great. They made me feel welcome and comfortable. The space is gorgeous! And the classes are very reasonably priced. Best of all, I left feeling very calm and relaxed. I am excited to make coming here a weekly ritual.
