I recently had the pleasure of visiting Chesterland Family Eye Care, and I cannot express enough how patient, friendly, and helpful the entire team was throughout my visit. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for, and I want to give a special shout-out to Merissa, who went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was nothing short of exceptional.
Her friendly demeanor and genuine interest in helping my mother figure out what's best for her was such a great experience.

From the moment I walked into Chesterland Family Eyecare, I was immediately impressed. The front desk staff greeted me with genuine warmth and professionalism, ensuring a smooth check-in process. She even let me in a few minutes before they opened. The facility itself is clean, giving a sense of care and attention to detail that put me at ease. But the highlight of my visit was Dr. Grant. His expertise, coupled with his amiable nature, made the appointment both informative and comforting. Overall, my experience here was nothing short of positive, and I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of top-tier eyecare.

Staff here are friendly and accommodating when it comes to light sensitivity. Love the retina machine much more than dilation! They also took time when I was looking at new frames to make sure something fit and looked good on me. Highly recommend!

From ease of scheduling, cutting edge technology, professional, accommodating staff, to a downright pretty office space, just an overall pleasant experience.
