Pescara plumbing has worked on multiple projects with me. From the simple remodel to very complex projects. Eric and his team are great!! Especially in renovations, things are going to arise. The team is able to make on the fly decisions that not only keep things moving but don't break the bank.I look forward to working with them in the near future!
I own a car wash in the Chesterland area and did not have time to get there to unplug a drain. It was last minute and needed to be done as soon as possible. Eric, the owner, was able to fit me in even though he was booked solid. I appreciate knowing that some businesses will still go out of their way to help peoplr.
Being that we are in an old building, we tend to have more plumbing problems than most. Since they’ve been our neighbors in the plaza we always rely on them for small and big jobs alike. They are reliable and show up within a more than reasonable time and the work and workers are professional and never disappointing.
Thankfully i have not had to utilize a plumbing service in the past until now and if I do going forward I will be using Pescara. Not only would I use them I will recommend them to anyone I know. They truly care about the customer and that was shown in my situation. I have a home warranty plan and they contracted Pescara. Pescara was responsive and had a plan set in place to come replace my hot water tank asap. They had the tank, were prepared with any other parts needed, had the time picked out which they were flexible to work with us on, and then the home warranty plan put a halt to it all. The home warranty folks with Choice Home Warranty said they had to order the tank and would not issue a go ahead for Pescara to pick up a tank in my town and install it. Choice said it would be 5 business days at least for the tank to arrive. Pescara though along with myself went to bat for us. Pescara pushed and pushed Choice to make us happy and get us hot water back. We were without hot water, have kids, had family coming into town and Choice didn't care. They were out to save money and not value the customer. Pescara though - - all about the customer - - and working to make the customer happy. With their drive, they got Choice to accept them picking up the tank in my town and installing it immediately. We went from having to wait at least 5 days for hot water to having it the next day. Would of had it same day if Choice didn't hold it up. Not only was the customer service great at Pescara - - the install went great as well and the technician was cordial, helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you Pescara and I would recommend them to anyone!
